Description:
This delicate addition to a semi-detached townhouse, aimed to provide the client with a refuge during the COVID-19 crisis. The two-storey addition and plunge pool carefully embraces the existing materials, whilst adding new finishes to the tropical palette. Features were added to the building facade to mediate heat and light from the south, whilst using landscape to shade the courtyard space.
