Director
David Cuthbert leads the practice with over 20 years of professional experience across the Caribbean. His extensive portfolio spans town planning, educational facilities, healthcare, and large-scale residential developments. His leadership is defined by a deep integration of design excellence and professional regulation.
Beyond his role in the office, David serves as the Registrar for the Architects Registration Board of Jamaica (ARB), and was elected President of the Jamaican Institute of Architects (JIA) underscoring his commitment to industry standards and ethics. He holds an international associate membership with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and is a Justice of the Peace.
